If you have been in the business world for a while, especially as an entrepreneur, you have put in a lot of hard work. You have learned on the job and made mistakes along the way.
While you have made mistakes, the fact that you are still running your own show means that you learned something each time and have moved forward. Many people fail at business because they don’t know their market or they can’t adapt to necessary change. They make mistakes, but fail to see those mistakes as lessons.
You must be nimble to make mistakes and still pick yourself up to continue on. You have to be able to make decisions on the fly and recognize when a method doesn’t work. Don’t be so tied to what you have been doing that you are unable to change.
